Tendril Nightfall is an updated "mirror image" of the original Tendril deck from Encarded which was designed to appear as if you were in the tropical rainforest, peering up at the sun through the natural habitat.
It has the same view, but with time-shifted to the evening, when the moon is glowing and the light is cool and dark. 
The tuck box design is similar to that of the Ascendant edition featuring a very dark greenish, almost-black stock with shiny deep blue foil accents and de-bossed detailing.
 
Tendril Ascendant features a luxurious, soft touch, black paper tuck box with very intricate green foil, black gloss foil and debossing. The cards are vibrant, the borders are intense, the faces are dark and the level of detail over the original has been increased significantly.
